But this recipe was 100% inspired by leftovers in my kitchen on the Sunday afternoon that I whipped it up. And after having had friends over the night before, half a bottle of white wine was corked and calling my name. So, as I like to do, I added half of it to the pasta, and poured the rest into a small glass to drink while I cooked. Perfection.
Lovely ambience and very friendly waiter. We ordered a veal Milanese which was off menu but was prepared for us anyway. The angle hair pasta was also great and with the correct amount of sauce and soooo aldente.
The food here is soo good! I had the penne pasta with tomato and basil.. it was perfectly cooked and delicious ! They have a great wine and cocktail list as well. Our server Stanley was on top of everything and made sure we had the most amazing dining experience. I would come here every day if i could! Definitely a must try!!!
The last time I made this pasta, my oven mitt caught on fire while stirring my the boiling pasta and I sliced my finger on the lid of the tomato can. Even after all that, the pasta turned out wonderful and I was very glad to have its warm tomatoey buttery comfort.
Once Instant Pot finishes 4 minute countdown, immediately turn pressure release valve to venting (Quick Release) and turn Instant Pot completely off. IMPORTANT - if any liquid comes out of the pressure release valve use wooden utensil or pot holder to close the valve. Wait a minute and try to release pressure again. The keep warm mode should not be on to prevent overcooking the pasta.
Smoked salmon pasta is a creamy pasta recipe that is easy to make and absolutely delicious. It's made with staple ingredients and there are many options for substitutions so you can make this pasta with what you have on hand. In just 20 minutes you can have a tasty and cozy dinner on the table.
This smoked salmon and pasta is a recipe that we've been making for years. You probably have all the ingredients on hand right now. And if you're missing a few, don't worry; we've got lots of substitution suggestions so that you can make this tonight.
There are two kinds of smoked salmon. Lox, which is cold smoked or cured salmon. And hot or BBQ smoked salmon, which is what we prefer in this recipe. You can see a picture of it above. The flavor is ideal for smoked salmon pasta.
I had smoked salmon and pasta and I needed inspiration for dinner last night, so did a quick search. This recipe came up, I had everything except artichoke hearts but went for it. Quick and easy to pull together and the result was absolutely delicious. Flavourful but delicate. We loved it!! I will definitly be making this again and adding it to our go to recipes. Thank you so much, I cannot wait to try another of your recipes.
An absolutely quick and delicious dish! I made it with thin sliced smoked salmon, cream cheese, red and green onions, broccoli, capers, lemon and rotini pasta. Topped off with a generous handful of shredded mozzarella. All 3 of my kids cleaned it right up!
This recipe amazed me as far as quick-come-together meals go. They usually fail me big-time but this one was as simple as described, as quick and as delicious as promised. I should have cooked the spaghetti longer but that was on me (I usually like Al dente pasta but it was a bit more of a bite than preferred in this). The recipe itself was divine.
Absolutely loved this recipe. This is my comfort meal when craving a nice simple bowl of pasta. I tend to add lots more garlic as I do love garlic. Once the pasta is done I add the pasta (right from the pot) right away to the saucepan and mix. If needed I use the pasta water to thicken up the sauce. I sometimes make this as a side with Chicken Parmesan.
Excellent recipe. The only differences I made were to add a scoop of bacon grease, a few more cloves, and dried parsley, rather than fresh. I also added some of the pasta water before adding the pasta in.
Yummy! Will definitely be making this again! Only thing I would change next time is using 3-4 tbsp less butter. Using 8 oz of pasta I ended up with a good amount of butter sitting at the bottom of the dish I put it in.
I want to make this tomorrow night! I was wondering if it would be good with chicken? And how you would go about seasoning the chicken? Also I would be using a whole box of pasta so would I double this recipe? Hope to get a response before I make it!
Hi! I came across your site about 4 months ago, when I was searching for a quick pasta dish using spaghetti noodles. I had no crushed tomatoes to make a basil marinara sauce. I only had the noodles. I looked up a simple pasta recipe and soo lucky I came across Parmesan Garlic Spaghetti! I whipped this up in minutes. The other 4 ingredients, thankfully, I had on hand. Thank you, thank you, thank you for this easy, delicious dish, my family and I love!
We also do something similar! While the Asta is boiling,we take a handful per person eating of cherub tomatoes, any kind, any color, put into a glass baking dish with garlic and a pinch or 2 of sugar and pimch or 2 of salt/pepper/cayenne then douse in olive oil, giving the dish a good shake to stir. Bake at 375 until the tomatoes pop, pour over cooked pasta, juices and all and top with grated parm! I have done it with the butter, too and actually prefer this recipe she has with butter, but that sticks to my butt in my old age!
This is everything I would love in a meal!!! What type pasta are you using in the pictures, linguine or something? It looks SO good!! My husband is not a big pasta eater, but thats ok, I can handle this on my own! ? Thanks Changa!! Happy New Year!!!

Pasta (US: /ˈpɑːstə/, UK: /ˈpæstə/; Italian pronunciation: [ˈpasta]) is a type of food typically made from an unleavened dough of wheat flour mixed with water or eggs, and formed into sheets or other shapes, then cooked by boiling or baking. Rice flour, or legumes such as beans or lentils, are sometimes used in place of wheat flour to yield a different taste and texture, or as a gluten-free alternative. Pasta is a staple food of Italian cuisine.[1][2]
Pastas are divided into two broad categories: dried (pasta secca) and fresh (pasta fresca). Most dried pasta is produced commercially via an extrusion process, although it can be produced at home. Fresh pasta is traditionally produced by hand, sometimes with the aid of simple machines.[3] Fresh pastas available in grocery stores are produced commercially by large-scale machines. 041b061a72
